My favorite 🤩 place I love it
Recommend Starbucks, not camp creek location . Poor service, mediocre coffee and poor customer service. Will not return.
The location was extremely busy, however, the staff welcomed everyone and was cordial and professional. It was clear that the focus was on serving the drinks in a timely manner. I ordered a bagel with my drink and it took about 20 minutes to receive it (my drink took less than 5 minutes). The music was a bit loud. This cause others to have to speak loud to overcome the music and it was a challenge to hear those with whom I was conversing. Overall, a nice store and I would return.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative experiences. Many customers praise the clean shop and professional staff. Employees like Jaya, Shan, and Artis are described as super friendly, with good energy, and they provide a warm welcome. The service is often prompt and delicious, with baristas like Daniya remaking drinks to taste perfect and checking on food orders. The atmosphere is described as warm and wonderful.
However, some reviews mention unprofessional behavior. One customer experienced a barista complaining while making a wrong drink, and another reported extreme rudeness at the drive-thru window when asking for a paid drink that was not made. Despite long lines, some customers appreciate the refreshing service from specific baristas who ensure orders are correct and even send food back to be re-warmed. Overall, the restaurant offers quality service and a warm atmosphere, but service can be inconsistent.
