My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. I recently received a free drink from The Human Bean after messaging the company about an issue with the pricing of drinks I received! They handled the problem perfectly and issued me the free drink! Thanks again!
