Update: They contacted me and offered iûu--mWe drove by and got 2 large sugar free hot lattes - vanilla and caramel, on the Sunday after they opened. It was busy but service ran well. I recommend tasting your coffee before you pull away from the window. Our coffees were really hot so we were already back in traffic before tasting and I still scorched the roof of my mouth a little bit but that's my fault. We could taste the half n' half and the s.f. syrup flavors but could not taste the coffee! It actually tasted like hot water with cream. Very disappointed. This was the first weekend they were open so I will give them another try in a few weeks since I live close to this location. The 2 stars are for prompt service even when busy..

The staff here is always so friendly and work to make sure that your order is perfect! Because it's drive thru / walk up only, I feel like the service is super quick! My favorite right now is an iced mocha latte with coconut syrup added. My husband loves the caramel hazelnut latte. We've tried the lemon poppyseed muffin top (so good) and a bacon egg and cheddar croissant (definitely better than Burger King, but wish it was American, not cheddar).

Excellant place for a take-out beverage on the way to work or play. Great tasting every-thing! Friendly Staff! Gotta look for it though... It'll sneak up on you. The Store is hidden behind a big sign. Whoever owns that sign maywant to be a good neighbor and move the sign about 10 feet uphill to help out the sight-lines to the Coffee Shop.

Visited this place after a suggestion by Google. It's Drive-thru ONLY. Discovered after parking my car and walking upto the order window.Emily was super helpful and suggested what I should try. The Snowy Mocha she recommended was ok. Not too much sweet, just adequate. Aly suggested a muffin, that is bit big and ok in taste.Both Emily and Aly are friendly and empathetic. Appreciate that. Cost wise - 5 Star. You save few cents and $ - on similar order at other outlets.Vegetarian options: Few veg optionsParking: Parking available

The food is extremely over priced. I bought a breakfast sandwich and a coffee that ended up being $14.59. They are also weird with service. They pressured me to order fast and didn't have the best attitude.

Most delicious coffee!! Everyone is so kind and helpful when I visit. With over 30 syrup flavors, the options feel endless. And all day breakfast, count me in. The egg bites are a perfect snack while the sausage, egg and cheese bagel is my perfect on-the-go breakfast sandwich! The Human Bean has a forever customer in me!
