Tyler (unsure if he’s a manger or not) was so polite and professional that I just had to leave a review. Great customer service is hard to come nowadays for whatever reason, so shoutout to him!
At drive thru Tyler belittled and yelled a co-worker for making a simple, easily fixable mistake. It was inappropriate and unnecessary. The co-worker was clearly dejected and I felt bad for him. Very unprofessional and plain mean.
