“After catching a movie, I was definitely craving a sweet treat and was delighted to spot Komma Tea in the mall. I haven't had a taro milk tea in quite some time, so I was genuinely excited to see it on their menu.
I placed my order, and I have to give them credit for speed. My drink was ready in no time. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, with just the right texture.
Unfortunately, the tea itself had a bit of a weird aftertaste. It wasn't the best experience, but I'm hoping it was just an off day for them. I'd be willing to give them another try, as the convenience and the boba quality were spot on.

“They were all out of the Strawberry Lychee so I got the Mango fruit tea instead and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and it had bits of fruit in it. You can't go wrong with the Passion fruit tea as well. All my drinks were made to the exact specifications of my order and were made in a timely matter. Bonus points, the cups that the teas were delivered in were sturdy and presentable.“

“Let me explain something, I have tried tea all over, two to three states away.
There is nothing like the tea here.
This is 100% the best tea shop in the southeast.
I was in Atlanta and went completely out of the way to come to this shop to get two or three teas.
The guy is very nice and it willing to help you if your confused about anything and packaged my tea up so I didnt spill it on my fee hours journey back home.“

“Had an awesome boba run at Gong Cha Suwanee! We got the Strawberry Milk Slush (fruity + creamy), the Caramel Chocolate Slush (low sugar but super flavorful), and the XL Pearl Milk Tea (classic and perfectly sweet). Every drink was spot-on. Pearls were fresh and chewy. This place never misses!“

“This place has the best jasmine tea and gardenia flower tea, robust flavors and unique teas❤️❤️❤️ I have fortunately had good customer service at this place so far. “This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right. It still tastes Vietnamese but in a different way. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend!!“

“Sometimes this place is a hit or miss. Some days the food is fantastic, but then there’s other days where it can be overly greasy or make my stomach hurt. Also, it’s the same thing with any bubble tea that you get there, sometimes it’s made perfectly, and sometimes I’d rather go walk down the street to cuckoo‘s and get a proper bubble tea. I will say, the one thing that is always consistent is the spring roll; they are very good! The cleanliness of this place can also be a hit or miss. Sometimes the restaurant is completely spotless, and there isn’t a dirty dish on any table, but then sometimes you walk in and there’s dirty plates almost on every other table and respectfully, that does kill my appetite sometimes. Finally, I will always get on a business that does not have any changing tables for young families and parents in the bathrooms. This is a pretty family, friendly restaurant, and although I know it is not required by Georgia state law, it would be a considerate thing to do for customers with little ones who aren’t potty trained. In conclusion, this is a very hit or miss restaurant, and I wish it was more consistent with its food, cleanliness, and customer service.“

“This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I had an overall good experience. The restaurant was nice and clean. My server Priscilla was nice and checked on me often. I chose to sit out on the patio since the weather was nice. I got the shrimp dumplings as an appetizer and the garlic seafood ramen as my entree. It was pretty good. I also got an oolong bubble tea as well. It might take me some getting used to the bubble tea 🧋 but it wasn’t bad. I will most likely come here again!“

“We ordered doordash and ordered 3 Drinks and 2 sweets. We only received 2 drinks and 2 sweets. So had to order again. That's why I'm giving only 4 stars.
But The Strawberry Slushie with mango Popping Boba is amazing and the donuts with condensed milk are incredible. They just need to make sure everything is with the order before the daaher leaves the restaurant. VERY DELICIOUS.“

“I thought I'd never find a boba shop that could come close to the quality of Cuckoo's Café, but I think I have. It's not as cozy as Cuckoo's, but it has way more amenities, such as board games, books, and a small selection of arcade games. They also have bubble waffles and shaved ice, which I don't think Cuckoo's has. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Suwanee again.“

“Considering how crazy Mark was Mother’s Day, they moved us thru line quick while giving friendly service and making accurate drinks.
They do boba in honey vs brown sugar so it can alter flavor. Still good in my opinion just different.

“This was my 3nd time coming to Arte with my friends and it was a good experience. They offer a large variety of desserts and drinks with a lot of seating. The building itself is very cute. I will say, i’ve never been to the upstairs, so I’m not sure what it’s like up there. I usually come to get the bingsoo! I’ve had the mango mochi before and it was extremely good. I 100% it! This time I got the oreo and green tea/red bean one. The green tea one wasn’t my favorite. The oreo one was good.“

“I was just walking around and saw the cute little sign. Ended up trying the Osmanthus Milk Tea — wow. Light, floral, and not overly sweet. The girl at the counter even suggested 30% sugar, and she was right. Perfect balance. Felt like I discovered a hidden gem.“
