I have been using protein drinks for the last 2 decades. Thankfully I stumbled upon them this morning. The store was immaculate, Paul and the young lady assisting were so kind and friendly. The shake was absolutely delicious! I am so thankful they are only a couple of miles away from my house. I encourage everyone to check out 324 Nutrition! (Kirk)
I've been wanting to get loaded tea or protein shake after my workouts at bodyplex hamilton mill and this is the perfect spot! Right down the street and it's so yummy, no sugar, tons of vitamins and energy to get house chores done, healthy alternative than Starbucks and loved the staff! Everyone is so friendly! Y'all come here after y'all workout! So good!
