I love coming here for the ice cream because it’s my favorite and I always have a pleasant experience and typically feel well attended to. Today I came and the lady didn’t even greet us. I’d have to say cold stone creamery is by far the best ice cream chain. They mix the ice cream in front of you and make it just how you like it. Although prices can be a bit high it can be well worth it once and awhile

Not sure if they make the ice cream in house from the Coldstone recipe or if they ship it from a distribution center, but it was disgusting at this location. WAY too much stabilizer. Xanthum gum is extremely tacky so you're only supposed to use a little per batch. It felt like I was eating rubber cement. I was even able to stick my spoon in it and flip it upside down like a DQ Blizzard and the whole thing didn't budge. I've never had ice cream that gummy at any other Coldstone...read full review
