The ice creams are very good ? but they should put more staff in the sugarloaf mall store. Those 2 young women who are there are not enough with all the people who come there on

The lady kept rushing me even when the entire store was empty. She also missed one topping & very low quantity. I am not at all happy with this location.

OK ice cream, but be careful. They added $1 to my charge card (my receipt vs the statement) Was going to be a hassle for only $1, but if they do this all the time, oh my.

I love coming here for the ice cream because it’s my favorite and I always have a pleasant experience and typically feel well attended to. Today I came and the lady didn’t even greet us. My mother was a little confused with how to order and the lady was being rude to us and did not want to explain how the toppings worked. When we told her it was a to-go order she seemed bothered. I did not see her name but she worked on Wednesday 10/25 and was working at 6:30PM which was when we came in. Although I love the ice cream, I still believe the service is an important part of a business, so I wanted to be specific with the details of my encounter.

I’d have to say cold stone creamery is by far the best ice cream chain. They mix the ice cream in front of you and make it just how you like it. Although prices can be a bit high it can be well worth it once and awhile

Not sure if they make the ice cream in house from the Coldstone recipe or if they ship it from a distribution center, but it was disgusting at this location. WAY too much stabilizer. Xanthum gum is extremely tacky so you're only supposed to use a little per batch. It felt like I was eating rubber cement. I was even able to stick my spoon in it and flip it upside down like a DQ Blizzard and the whole thing didn't budge. I've never had ice cream that gummy at any other Coldstone location

The store was open but there were no employees so I just left

Decided to treat my son to some ice cream. Waited in line while the young lady working finished with the previous patron. Another young lady came, briefly walked to the back and then came up to us to offer assistance. I noticed that she hadn’t washed her hands after coming in to the shop. I hesitated but then asked her to please wash her hands as she just came into work. She advised me that she was just returning from the restroom and had washed her hands there (this is the public mall restroom). My son who really wanted the ice cream expressed that he was fine with her serving him and she used one of the small spoons to scoop up a flavor of ice cream for him to taste. I was still uneasy. However, my son is 18, so it was ultimately his decision. As she continued to serve him, I guess she wasn’t pleased with the fact that I pointed out her lack of hand washing, as she stated something quietly beneath her breath to her co-worker who then “made a face” in response. The lack of hygienic practices, the rudeness, the inability to just accept she had made a mistake and the reluctance to take the 30 seconds to wash her hands was too much and we opted to leave. I rarely complain online and usually only post to provide praise, as I know local businesses make mistakes and we’re all human. However, this experience was just gross. I wasn’t asking to use an expired coupon or berating anyone. I just wanted the person touching my and my child’s food to wash their hands, which is the law.

The prices are outrageous and they could do a better job at cleaning the tables once people leave.

Walk in staff was not very friendly. No greetings from the staff. Terrible attitudes. There were three workers none really wanted to assist. Older lady finally came to help and started rushing people and being rude. Came here at 3 pm there was only a handful of ice cream flavors to choose from. Most of the pans were empty. Ambience was not welcoming. If I could have given zero stars I would!

If I could, I would give zero stars. There were two workers, who worked with NO URGENCY whatsoever. I waited in line for 20 minutes. When it was my turn I order ice cream for the kids and a smoothie for me. 10 minutes after I received the ice cream, they then tell me the smoothie machine was down. I watched them the whole time. No one did anything to make any smoothies. If it was down and or no items to make it with, put a sign up. This was a Saturday at noon. Very disappointing, never again. If you want cold stone go to a DIFFERENT location!! Don’t waste your time here.

Love, love, love this place. The ice cream is so fresh and it's still good once it's been refrigerated.
