“I think the size I order is considered a pint. I got butter pecan with extra, extra, extra pecans! The man who took my order was so kind and had the most pleasant smile. He was so considerate with asking how far did I have to travel and when I told him the distance, he wrapped my container of ice cream up nicely in Saran wrap and advised me to put it in the freezer as soon as I reached home. I should have left a tip, but I usually don’t leave tips for to go service. I will be back there again and if he’s there I will leave a tip, because of all the times I’ve ordered my ice cream, no one has gone above and beyond like he did. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!“

“I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at the Toco Hills location. Two days ago I placed an order for delivery to my son on his Birthday June 10th as a surprise. I had never ordered from them nor had anything delivered from them. When I placed the order everything was super easy. But I messed up and put in the address completely wrong. When I tried to revise, it wouldn't let me on line. I called the store for help, the girl who answered the phone was so polite and so helpful. She tried everything she could to help me but unfortunately she couldn't figure it out either. So I said, it's ok, thanks I will try again on my end. I still couldn't cancel or update. I called back the next morning and got another person who AGAIN was extremely patient and so very helpful. She did everything she could as well to help, finally she got a manager and they canceled my first order and we got it all straightened out. My son received his cookies today and enjoyed them so much and was also very surprised. I am so sorry I did not get anyone's name, but Management needs to know that you and your staff are doing a great job and are giving great customer service. Something that has lately gone by the wayside. I will definitely purchase again! Thank you.“

“Kilwins has one of my favorite simple treats raspberry sorbet in a warm waffle cone. The sorbet is refreshing and not overly sweet, and the fresh waffle cone makes it even better. The desserts are definitely worth it. Customer service could be improved though. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming the welcoming was very dull, and the experience felt a little rushed every move i make they make it was weird but i love my sorbet combo and also i dont like the thick chunks of ice i reached out via email nobody contact me about my issue i had still waiting on a reply. I’d still come back for the sorbet and warm cone combo. Didn't like the chocolate covered pretzels takes old returned them.“

My order consisted of 50 cookies and it totaled a little over $160, for additional context; I wanted to mix variety of flavors and had plenty to choose from. Wow! I'm glad I did! Best tamales I've ever had! Perfectly moist, without being soggy not too spicy, but very flavourful!
Has to be grandma's recipe!!! (I actually went back in and it was her 90 year old moms.
They were So good...
And they were $2.50 ea, but they tasted like 7$ tamales!!
The owner was very nice, place clean.

“I just went here today and truthfully, they do have low sugar items even when I asked about whether there was true that they have low sugar items and it’s real fruit in every item the barista show me with much enthusiastically showed the real fruit cut up. I had the matcha mango one very delicious and I asked her if they had a stronger one she told me that she prefers to have it evenly even out with the the grass Matcha in the sweet natural juices of the mango and honestly, it was the way to go. It was very delicious. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a low sugar options with a real fruit I didn’t get a sugar crush or get a stomach. I had honestly it’s so great and amazing inside. “Excellent grilled tortas. Several of their sandwich recipes are unique, but delicious. Their tinga chicken is incredible and they're one of the few places in the area that serve head cheese.

I can't recommend their Cuban sandwich enough. It's not a typical Cubano, but it's so delicious.
