“This TCBY location is the best hidden gem for delicious and healthy desserts that we've found in the Atlanta area. It's always a pleasure to go here; the employees are kind, helpful and good-natured. It's nice that there's plenty of parking too.The flavors have few artificial flavors or ingredients. The soft serve chocolate is flavorsome and smooth with a splendiferous texture. I am really partial to the Heath bits topping and especially the raspberry cups, which are like mini PB cups with a raspberry filling. I haven't found those anywhere else.I also really appreciate the cleanliness of this store, I've trended away from going to the self-serve froyo places because of people, mostly kids, being gross with the self-serve (licking the dispenser, for example). So I'm back to preferring the froyo be served by someone behind a counter. Anyway, TCBY is a classic for a reason and it holds up remarkably well. Indulgent and light. Highly recommended.

“We’ve waited a long time to go to Andy’s because the lines are always really long. Finally got into the drive-thru tonight when the line was a little shorter. Unfortunately I was given the wrong order which I didn’t know until I got home, and wasn’t going back. My concrete was really good - just not what I ordered. The one I got was full of nuts which would be really dangerous for someone with allergies (I don’t have any, but son does). Lesson is to check your order before you leave. Again, really good and we’ll be back.“

“I think the size I order is considered a pint. I got butter pecan with extra, extra, extra pecans! The man who took my order was so kind and had the most pleasant smile. He was so considerate with asking how far did I have to travel and when I told him the distance, he wrapped my container of ice cream up nicely in Saran wrap and advised me to put it in the freezer as soon as I reached home. I should have left a tip, but I usually don’t leave tips for to go service. I will be back there again and if he’s there I will leave a tip, because of all the times I’ve ordered my ice cream, no one has gone above and beyond like he did. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!“

I tried the strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate ice cream and all three were excellent. It was the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I usually hate chocolate ice cream because it never tastes like actual chocolate but this one does. It’s creamy, rich, chocolatey. After tasting the ice cream we decided to get milk shakes. I did vanilla and strawberry and my husband did a chocolate milkshake. They were so delicious, 10/10 highly recommend. Aside from the ice cream and milk shakes being amazing, the customer service we received was outstanding. I didn’t get her name but it was a blonde lady, she was very helpful and so friendly.
