The ice cream was great as expected. The gentleman that was helping us, Dwayne, was kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the product. He ensured we had time to choose the flavor that would bring us the greatest satisfaction and that we were pleased at the end of our visit. Kudos to you, Dwayne!
Stopped in here today to celebrate the birthday of both my daughter and grandson. Dwayne was our server and you could not have asked for a more gracious person. He helped my 10 yo grandson make a decision and served us all up with a smile. My daughter had blueberry crumble (I hope that’s the right name) It was absolutely delicious. It was a beautiful day to try Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams for the first time. The waffle cone was delightful and the Brown Butter Almond Brittle was a great substitute for my favorite Butter Pecan... The Asst. Manager Japel and Dwayne were awesome!! I will come back again and again!
