It was a beautiful day to try Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams for the first time. The waffle cone was delightful and the Brown Butter Almond Brittle was a great substitute for my favorite Butter Pecan... The Asst. Manager Japel and Dwayne were awesome!! I will come back again and again!

I love Jenis ice cream. They have great flavors but not one person wore gloves while dipping into the tub to scoop ice cream. This means their hands were constantly touching the counters, their faces, and hair while also touching the ice cream. So disappointed.

This location use to be one of the best one's.. My daughter and I went last night 3-15-24. The workers did not wash there hands, one worker had a ton of hair on his head and arms, with no hair net on. My daughter and I , ended up sick after eating the ice cream, both was vomiting for hours as well as diarrhea, the ice cream didn't taste as fresh per usual, I'm not sure if it was because it was at the bottom of the barrel, We are still feeling sick this morning 3-16-2024... Please tighten up, Employees need to wear gloves and hair nets, thanks..

Stopped in here today to celebrate the birthday of both my daughter and grandson. Dwayne was our server and you could not have asked for a more gracious person. He helped my 10 yo grandson make a decision and served us all up with a smile. My daughter had blueberry crumble (I hope that’s the right name) It was absolutely delicious. And I believe my grandson had peanut butter something with chocolate flecks. All flavors looked amazing. We really enjoyed our ice cream and will definitely return. Thank you Dwayne for such excellent service. You are an asset to this company.

The atmosphere here is good. They get very busy after games and dinners. So be prepared for the wait. The ice cream here is very good. But pricey. Paid $22 for 3 scoops. With no drinks. I will return as I really liked all the different kinds of ice cream they had, they even let you taste before you buy.
Came in with 5 and 2 years old kids, feeling challenged with 2 huge cones of ice cream (to be shared with them and the mama wating in a car), then the store clerk offered small cups, which made things fantastically easier.Ice ream was also very tasty, not something I've experienced recently anywhere. Location is a bit different for us to go as it's in a very busy area but I'd definitely like to go back again.

This was actually pretty awesome.I cannot remember the exact name of the ice cream I had, but it was a licorice flavor with chocolate flakes and another scoop with a strong dark chocolate. Both were sublime. It was busy when we were there and there was a line to get in, but it was worth the wait.Ice cream is a food that we really need technology in order to create. So it's already special. I now feel like a lot of ice cream companies leave it at that.Jeni's doesn't. Jeni's takes this crazy special experience to the next level.

Good ice cream and reasonable prices. Try the lavender one and the darkest chocolate. Parking is comfortable. Plenty of spaces and it is free for up to 3 hours.
