I came to Cold Stone on 8/7/26 around 8:30 PM, and I just have to say the staff was SOOOO good!! They got my order exactly right, just like they always do, and my cousin’s order was perfect as well!

What really stood out to me was how caring the employees were. On my way into the store, I actually fell outside because there seemed to be a leak/wet area coming from one of the neighboring businesses near the back. I briefly mentioned to the Cold Stone employees that I had fallen, and they immediately showed so much concern. They kept making sure I was okay and genuinely seemed to care, which I really appreciated.

Devanny and Jonathan were the ones who served me, and they were absolutely amazing! Not only did they provide great service and make our orders perfectly, but they were also incredibly kind and attentive after hearing that I had fallen. They are great employees and wonderful young adults, and I really hope they get recognized for the way they treat their customers. ❤️

“OK, so I took a chance and came in.
Wow! I'm glad I did! Best tamales I've ever had! Perfectly moist, without being soggy not too spicy, but very flavourful!
Has to be grandma's recipe!!! (I actually went back in and it was her 90 year old moms.
They were So good...
And they were $2.50 ea, but they tasted like 7$ tamales!!
The owner was very nice, place clean.

“I just went here today and truthfully, they do have low sugar items even when I asked about whether there was true that they have low sugar items and it’s real fruit in every item the barista show me with much enthusiastically showed the real fruit cut up. I had the matcha mango one very delicious and I asked her if they had a stronger one she told me that she prefers to have it evenly even out with the the grass Matcha in the sweet natural juices of the mango and honestly, it was the way to go. It was very delicious. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a low sugar options with a real fruit I didn’t get a sugar crush or get a stomach. I had honestly it’s so great and amazing inside. It’s a very quiet space compared to the rest of the plaza and hidden gem“

“3 years ago we started getting all of our family birthday cakes from this dairy queen and will not go any where else. It is family-owned and ran and we eat there all the time. The staff is always pleasant and everything is always amazing. However a special thing goes out to Ashna for our cakes. She does such an amazing job and has been willing to custom make all of our cakes. Thank you to the entire team.“
