I just want to say thank you to Arejanna I received an ice I thought I was going to like but due to being pregnant my baby said otherwise. She was very professional with talking to her manager about switching my ice cream for me unlike her other coworker. I thank her for her good customer service and helping me not waste any money. I said I would keep the one I had and she insisted on speaking to the manager for me. 10/10 I’ll be back again just for her. Thank you Arejanna

Y'all just don't know how much you made my night, I last minute wanted some “Bruster’s“ and I kid you not they waited for me for 7 minutes (doesn't mean they gone wait for everybody now) when I last minute called them and said I'm on the way now, and when I pulled up looking busted lol y'all were so sweet and professional, I like that. I love brusters. In fact, I don't even go to any of the other chains as their ice cream is usually too mushy. This particular location is my favorite. I believe it's black owned and the owner is always around schooling the younger employees on great customer service etc. I always get what I want and never have any issues. Then they have Nathan's fries etc so it's always meal and ice cream for us! Also the wait time is never too long even when the lines are long. The apple dumpling...read full review
