“I highly recommend this ice cream bar! From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and welcoming greeting. Since it was my first visit, the staff took the time to explain the menu and share details about the offerings and the neighborhood. They provide both soft serve and vegan ice cream options. I chose the coconut soft serve in a matcha waffle cone, which was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return for the ginger beer float—yes, you read that correctly! I plan to use the coconut ice cream for that as well.“

“This is the best ice cream in Atlanta. I've tried a variety if places since moving here in 2021, and this place is the best. They actually do HOMEMADE ice cream, not Hershey. Also the flavors are well balanced, creative, and they use a good percentage of air/overrun so the ice cream has a rich creamy texture. Lastly, the customer service is great.“

“The weather was nice, the friends were out for a stroll after a morning of volunteering, what better reasons to stop into Big Softie for a cool treat! LoL. As I walked in my senses were attacked by fresh smells of sweet cream and fresh waffle cones. To say I was instantly excited would be an understatement. I was overjoyed by the instant memories of childhood and the local ice cream parlor. The nostalgia was free with my order. Ha! Walking up to the cashier to order, the young lady was very nice and greeted me with a smile. As I was the last of the group to order I knew what I wanted. I partook in a small vanilla on a cake cone with rainbow sprinkles (jimmies where I’m from). I placed my order, provided my name, and stood to the side. Once my order was ready, my name was called and my excitement started all over again. The ice cream was perfectly sculpted. It looked as if every sprinkle was perfectly placed and the ice cream to cone ratio was perfecttttttttttttttttttt. I’m one who bites the top of the swirl off first and upon FIRST BITE… I was planning my next visit back. LoL. Fresh Ice Cream Fresh Cone Super Fresh Sprinkles And best of all, the cream to sugar ratio was algebraically perfect. It’s official. I’ll be back in two weeks for my next fix. Dare I say, Big Softie is now in my Top 5 for Ice Cream, and #1 for Soft Serve. Do yourself a favor and get you some. 🥳“

“I was on a hunt for the gooey butter cake ice cream for at least a week. My search lead me to the Blue Bell creamery. Although the creamery doesn't service the public, there's was this ANGEL that answered the door. Mrs. Ray assisted me in locating a store nearby, and she made sure the next time one of her drivers serviced that particular store, they would have gallons of my requested ice cream. Boy oh boy! Thank you so much for continuing to make Blue Bell my favorite brand of ice cream!“

“Big Sofie reminds me of Carvel in cream. They have soft serve ice cream with syrups and toppings.
There is very limited parking and it does cost.
I got vanilla soft serve with hot fudge toped with honeycomb candy. The hot fudge was very good but I could have used a little more. They gave me lots of honeycomb.
There were three seats in the shop and a few outdoor seats.“

“I was to excited to take a before picture of my treats, but here is the aftermath to prove how delicious they were! Brown sugar marble bubble and classic frenchie were my choices, and I do not regret it!“
“Hidden gem that has handdipped delicious ice cream. The place looks like a start up business with not a lot of flare. What it lacks in appearance makes up in flavor. It's kinda pricey for ice cream $4.25 for a small two scoops cup or cone. They also have pints of the many flavors ready to go.“
“A MUST-GO!
I went here on a Sunday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. The line was long but I got through it quickly in about 5 minutes.
I ordered a petit cup of vanilla soft serve with a cookie butter hardshell and cornflake streusel. It was DELICIOUS PERFECTION! The soft serve was so creamy and smooth, and didn’t melt quickly in the 80+ F degree weather. The hardshell was quite firm with a spot on cookie butter flavor without being too sweet. The cornflake streusel was a pleasant surprise that was a crunchy and scrumptious treat on top of the soft serve.
They have a few tables outside of it that are mainly in the shade. It’s right next to the 3Parks wine store. People are allowed to get wine and snacks from next door and enjoy it on the patio with some refreshing soft serve.
A great option for a friendly meet-up, relaxed first date or afternoon leisurely treat. Just go and enjoy!“

People are mean or most of the 1-star reviews are from fake accounts maybe.
I can’t speak Spanish buy the people behind the counter were overly helpful and friendly with us.
The tacos had very good flavor. Not the best I have ever had but still very tasty. The pork was a little dry but at least there was not any fat or gristle and wasn’t chewy which I don’t like and can’t eat meat like that so it was a very good overall experience.“
