“Goldie wanted to get some writing done and we both wanted to try out a new coffee spot. As always, I headed to Yelp to get some recommendations and decided to give Gong Cha a try. It’s a really cute location. It sits in the strip next to Wendys and has easy access on and off the main road. The establishment is super spacious and very clean. The environment is very neutral and provides for a great multi-optional coffee and date/work/catch up with friends kind of vibe. The menu has soooooooooo many things to choose from. It's hard to even figure out what flavor profile to try. As this was my first time I cheated and listened to what the lady I. Front of me ordered. LoL! Based on her order I asked her for a recommendation and she told me her fave and her daughters fave. I decided to give the daughters fave a try. Before I tell you about the taste, let me just say, the visual appeal is AhhhhhMazing! Brown Sugar Coffee Milk Tea Cold Large Reg Ice Half Brown Sugar (50%) No Topping I’ll be honest! I have no idea what I ordered but I am glad I ordered it. It puts you in the mindset of Chocolate Milk married to Coffee with a Brown Sugar almost Caramel-ish flavor additive. It was truly a good drink. It wasn’t too simple or too complex. The flavor blends matched well and nothing overpowered anything. There are a few more options on the menu that I have to try. I will certainly be back!“

“Stopped by Dairy Queen while out shopping and decided to try the chicken tender basket because I saw good reviews about it , and wow, it did not disappoint! The tenders were crispy, juicy, and so flavorful. Fries and toast were a perfect combo too.

Since it was my first visit, the staff took the time to explain the menu and share details about the offerings and the neighborhood. They provide both soft serve and vegan ice cream options. I chose the coconut soft serve in a matcha waffle cone, which was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return for the ginger beer float—yes, you read that correctly! “I was in the area and wanted some ice cream. Can you imagine how excited I was when I searched Yelp and found Scoops??? Omgggggggggggg. I pulled in and was immediately in love with the area. Scoops sits towards the middle near the park and sits cozy in the corner. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the staff and SUPER EXCITED by the bright colors, old skool candy, and assortment of ice cream. Oh yes, this place is a gem and I am ready to go gem hunting. LoL. I can’t lie, choosing a flavor was sooooooooo hard. As such, I had to get a few samples. I tried the: Lemon Cheesecake and the Yellow Cake Batter Ok. As Cookies & Cream is my go to, I had to go outside of my comfort zone. Man listen, I wanted BOTH OF THEM. The flavor profiles are super robust and the ice cream is extra creamy. Oh my gosh, I’m talking a melt in your mouth, smooth, thick texture that is absolutely delicious. Drum Roll………… I got the Yellow Cake Batter with an Ultimate Waffle Cone… the rest is history. Oh My Goshhhhhhhhh… is there such a thing as Ice Cream Induced Happiness???? If so…. I’m in it!!!!!! Ok. I gotta get back to my cone. Come get you one!“

“I was on a hunt for the gooey butter cake ice cream for at least a week. My search lead me to the Blue Bell creamery. Although the creamery doesn't service the public, there's was this ANGEL that answered the door. Mrs. Ray assisted me in locating a store nearby, and she made sure the next time one of her drivers serviced that particular store, they would have gallons of my requested ice cream. Boy oh boy! Thank you so much for continuing to make Blue Bell my favorite brand of ice cream!“

“Being the ice cream connoisseur I'm always looking for a new place to try. I stumbled across this one when in the area. So glad I did. Service was good and they allowed me to sample a few flavors that I wasn't familiar with. They have a good amount of flavors to choose from along with Paletas (fruit or ice cream) bars. They offer some snacks options as well such as nachos etc but I didn't try so I can't comment.

There ice creams see flavorful and taste like homemade. Good quality! The portion size and prices are very good. It’s located inside a big shopping plaza with several other food places. This was my second time and both times service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend trying if you’re looking for good quality ice cream without the high cost with lots of common and unique flavors. See posted pics!“

I can’t speak Spanish buy the people behind the counter were overly helpful and friendly with us.

The tacos had very good flavor. Not the best I have ever had but still very tasty. The pork was a little dry but at least there was not any fat or gristle and wasn’t chewy which I don’t like and can’t eat meat like that so it was a very good overall experience.“

I was in the mood for a hood burger and decided to stop in. I love that this location is directly off the main strip which provides for an easy in/out process. Upon walking in, the location is super vibrant and has a classic design aesthetic. The red and white theme adds a ‘diner’ feel to the ambiance, even though it’s super modern. The location was very clean and there was ample seating. Of course I chose a booth. LoL. As I walked up to the menu everything looked amazing. OhEmGeeeeee! I mean picture after picture of burgergoodness and ice cream favorites. I was torn. As I got to the register, the young lady Victoria had to help me make a decision. LoL! She was very nice and really engaging. With her help I decided on the Patty Melt Meal and swapped out the fries for onion rings. After placing my order, I got my cup, headed to get my fountain drink and took a seat to wait for my number to be called. Minutes later my order was up and I was ready to partake! Babeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! When I tell you this food was the BOMB!!!!! I’m talking atomic bomb. I’m talking bomb dot com. I’m talking Kaboom bomb. LoL! But in all seriousness, the food was amazing. The onion rings weren’t overly battered. They were fried to golden perfection. The onion inside was thick and cooked to tender perfection. The crunchiness of the rings were superb and they weren’t too greasy. Whoever made these truly understand the fine crafting of a perfect onion ring. The patty melt (I added bacon) was the show stopper. Perfectly made beef seasoned well. The carmelized onions were done the right way. The level of caramelization was that of a 5-Star restaurant. Wow! The bread was perfectly toasted and the cheese was gooey and melted. Mannnnnnnn, this burger was superb. In fact, so superb I saved half of it for later. When later came, I opened the wrapper up and went back to enjoying Freddy’s Perfectly Crafted Patty Melt. I’ll be back for sure. If you’re in the area and want something Good to eat… stop in and get you some Freddy’s!“
