“It's just okay. The matcha ice cream has a very thick, heavy taste and feels way too expensive for what you get. Honestly, it tastes like plain soft serve mixed with green tea powder or flavoring. Not quite worth the price in my opinion.“

“Tried Insomnia Cookies for the first time and I’m officially obsessed! 🍪😍 The cookies came warm, soft, and gooey, and every bite was packed with flavor. I love that they have so many different options, from classic chocolate chip to more fun and unique flavors. It was honestly the perfect sweet treat and definitely worth trying! I can already tell this is going to be one of my new go-to spots when I’m craving cookies. 🤎✨“

“If I could give a 10 star I would give it to Yolanda. It was my daughter’s birthday she went above and beyond to make it special for her. I am the only person she has every hugged ,she has bad anxiety. She had to hug Yolanda 3 times and made us come back in for a fourth hug. Very knowledgeable about menu all around best service we ever had“

“Love Insomnia! Whenever I am in the city, I have to stop by. Cookies are always the best! And the mint chocolate chip ice cream gets props too. After brunch on Saturday 24-August, I had to drop by. As always, Cookies = AMAZING! And Dontae (apologies if I misspelled his name) was a pleasure.“

“They made my day special with cheese and kit kat filling taiyaki fish. Even though I could never eat these again cause of diet restrictions now. I enjoyed every bite. They are even fun for kids to play before eating. If I had to tell someone to try some taiyaki, this place is it. I highly recommend trying them out for fresh over usual frozen store brought taiyaki. Enjoy!“

“I would just like to give a BIG shout out to the staff at the Toco Hills location. Two days ago I placed an order for delivery to my son on his Birthday June 10th as a surprise. I had never ordered from them nor had anything delivered from them. When I placed the order everything was super easy. But I messed up and put in the address completely wrong. When I tried to revise, it wouldn't let me on line. I called the store for help, the girl who answered the phone was so polite and so helpful. She tried everything she could to help me but unfortunately she couldn't figure it out either. So I said, it's ok, thanks I will try again on my end. I still couldn't cancel or update. I called back the next morning and got another person who AGAIN was extremely patient and so very helpful. She did everything she could as well to help, finally she got a manager and they canceled my first order and we got it all straightened out. My son received his cookies today and enjoyed them so much and was also very surprised. I am so sorry I did not get anyone's name, but Management needs to know that you and your staff are doing a great job and are giving great customer service. Something that has lately gone by the wayside. I will definitely purchase again! Thank you.“
