“Simply just here as I want to make a positive call out for the waitress Stephanie. She is not only hard at work, but very obviously dedicated as well. I’ve had her as a waitress at Cracker Barrel before as well and even then she never disappointed.
She works in a timely manner, she ensures any problems that arise are addressed, she dedicates herself to provide the best service possible, and she doesn’t slow down.
She approaches with the right mood, making sure to match the customer at their pace.
If I’ve ever seen someone dedicated to their job, to providing the best that they can and going above and beyond- I’d definitely say she’s one of those people.“

“My family went to zaxbys to place an order and ask the staff for extra ketchup packets because of my special needs boy only eats ketchup from zaxbys!! Kassidy got a bag and put a bunch of ketchup packets on it and give it to us. We wanted to pay for it but she just asked us it if was enough! We did order food but they would not take extra payment for ketchup! They went above and beyond to make sure my son had extra ketchup to take to school and his dinner for the next month. I will never forget that ketchup gesture! As small as it is… it meant the world to a special boy. Thank you Kassidy“

“We enjoyed our lunch here today. The food was excellent and the service was good. The only bummer was that the Freestyle pop machine was broken, so we had to ask for refils and could not get special selections. We had 2 of the Zensational salads with the Asian flair and a couple of the 4 piece chicken finger plates. We liked the Zaxby's sauce, and the food was fresh and hot. This is a good option for lunch!
We always have great service here, but I wish that they would give more sauce with the meals, one in never enough for 4 fingers.“
