Server was so pleasant.
The food at zaxbys is amazing! The fries and chicken fingers are the best! Each are crunchy and well cooked and I highly recommend the zax sauce.
It's really good food for me and my work friends, some of the best there is.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers tasty food with a friendly cashier. The restaurant is clean, and the food is prepared quickly, making it a great spot for a quick meal. While some orders may have minor mistakes, the staff is accommodating and pleasant. The promotional lemon pepper chicken tenders have been highlighted as phenomenal by customers. The fries can be a bit soggy, but requesting crispy fries might solve that. Despite occasional issues like missing items or drinks with too much ice, overall, the service is good and improving. The sweet tea is recommended, and the drive-thru wait times have gotten better. Customers have noted the Freestyle pop machines as a fun way to make their own drinks and enjoy a huge selection of flavors. However, there is some frustration regarding a corporate policy that charges for extra sauces, which is seen as unfair, especially with larger meals. It is acknowledged that the hardworking staff, including an attentive employee named Emad, are doing their best, so it's unfair to judge based on staffing problems. Visit Zaxby's for a pleasant meal experience and delicious food.
