I arrived at the kfc at 7.45. The line was wrapped around the building so I decided to order online instead. The receipt said my order would be ready at 8.13 which was fine but when that time came it was no way to get inside even though I was wearing my mask. So I called them and told them that I had already ordered and paid for my food yet they told me the only way I could get my food was to get in the line and wait. Would give a lower star if available. I ordered the extra crispy which I know is crispy but the inside of the chicken was hard and dried out. The biscuits were burnt and hard. The gravy was thin as water. The slaw looked like they forgot to put the mayo in. I took it back and they seemed to think it was funny. The manager was very rude. I guess she was the manager, at least she said she was. Doing business like this they all should be FIRED!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DISGUSTING...read full review

My chicken sandwich was terrible. Dry, no pickles, mayo only on one side of the sandwich. Really disappointed in KFC. They really let me down and cost me 4.85$. Worst i have ever had except for a pot pie that wss cool in the middle. Was another disappointment. Thank you for your time and attention. Bridgett Farner
