KFC Original Recipe is the best fried chicken in the Chattanooga area!
Order in the app, there's usually pretty good deals. I got a buy one get one free big box deal (pictures). Love the chicken sandwich
Excellent customer service....the young men in the store made sure my food was hot and fresh.

KFC is a popular restaurant with multiple locations, including ones on 3rd Street and East Brainerd Road, which are highly recommended. They are known for their delicious chicken pot pies. The restaurant has a regular-sized parking lot and is kid-friendly, with staff who are friendly and accommodating to families. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible. The staff have been known to go above and beyond to make things right, such as offering extra sides or personally ensuring that customers have everything they need.
The staff at this KFC location work well together to get food quickly, even during the busy lunch rush. One employee went out of her way to ensure a customer that she valued their business, which is exceedingly rare for a fast food restaurant. The store manager was also very kind and understanding when a customer had an issue with another location, and gave them "customer of the day" for their patience.
