The food was super late. The app said the food was ready, but when we went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. No one acknowledged I was in the store. Took an additional 40 minutes to get food. They were too interested in getting out the drive-through. What is the purpose for ordering ahead on the app to still have to wait an additional 40 mins to get my food once I arrive?
