I seldom share negative post, but my wife & I felt insulted after getting home & opening the 12 pc family meal deal. The size of the chicken was ridiculous. The breast was barely size of leg, and the picture posted was a thigh that was honestly the same size as a McDonalds chicken nugget. Never again will they get our business or $, & every chance we get to share this information with anyone, we will.

Check your to go order before pulling off. My chick pot pie was not in our bag but charged on our receipt. Once we were home, no one would answer the phone to see if we could come back to get it.

The food was super late. The app said the food was ready, but when we went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. No one acknowledged I was in the store. Took an additional 40 minutes to get food. They were too interested in getting out the drive-through. What is the purpose for ordering ahead on the app to still have to wait an additional 40 mins to get my food once I arrive? This is the second time this has happened at this location.On a good note, an employee had stopped in on her day off and took anishitive to ask why we were there and put our order together.

My food order was wrong. The wings were good my Pepsi was good. Service was OK because the young lady was patient while I was trying to decide what to order. After calling about the error the young lady understood my complaint and was very helpful.
