“Wow, all I can say is excellent. Was visiting Crossville and my host recommended The Pour House. I'm always by myself so I sat at the bar. I started with their smoked old fashion (minus the smoke) , soooo good. Just the way I like it, strong and not overly sweet. I had three dinners in mind and the bartender suggested the shrimp and grits. Again, out of this world. Not sure when or if I'll be back in Crossville but if I do The Pour House is where I'm going for dinner.”

“The Flying Pig is a great place to eat. Had the wings today, amazing. The smoked bologna is top shelf as well as everything else. Not ever had a bad experience. Kelly and Lisa are awesome as well as the entire staff. Great Job!!!! Now go get some BBQ.”

“Family-owned for nearly 50 years. Same location, still a great place to eat. Great soup and salad bar, very fresh with lots of choices. Delish lunch and dinner entrees, sandwiches and excellent pizza.”

“This is my wife and I's new favorite place in Crossville! Both times we have been the food and service have been great! We have tried the shrimp (both tempura and teriyaki) bento boxes and several of the sushi rolls, not to mention the mushroom and miso soups, squid salad, and gyoza. Everything has been great. I definitely recommend Tokyo to anyone in the area.”

When I came, it was quiet and empty, but the staff were very nice and kind. The food I got was decent - it was not super hot but it did taste good. I've been to worse Wendy's, as this one was very clean as well.”

“We took a bus of 54 students to this location. We ordered our food ahead and they had all 54 happy meals and drinks ready upon arrival. When we arrived their computers were down and the teachers were unable to order. They PATIENTLY wrote down all 8 of our orders and speedily got our food out in less than 10 min. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and food!”

And P.S. it was our anniversary dinner....”

“Dean made this absolutely beautiful pizza for me. I told him when he showed me that the side with toppings looks just like pictures all these super expensive cafes and bistros post lol. He was asking me what the heck did i order and I explained about my son only eating cheese. He said they will literally make anything, whatever you order, and he did! I think it's really pretty. Plus none of the toppings touched my son's side and there were extra toppings on my side. He is so sweet and awesome, I love coming in and seeing him! I wish I would have not got this half cheese for my son, it would have been better to spend more and order two pizzas for leftover purposes lol! Thank you, Dean 💗

ALWAYS a great experience, I have ordered probably 15 times (or more) and every order has been ready fast and cooked perfectly. I haven't ever had an issue yet since they opened! All of the employees at this location are top notch and extremely friendly and well-trained. I'm always greeted like I'm a valued person and always see smiling faces and good attitudes. “We moved to the area a year ago and just discovered Grandy’s recently. This is now our favorite restaurant in the area hands down. Chicken tenders are the best and biggest I have even seen (you get 4), flatbreads are awesome. The fried mushrooms were great and a huge portion, the potato skins were great, prime rib french dip great, onion rings great. I can’t recommend this place enough for quality, portion size, and value for money.”

“Y'know what I love? Subway sandwiches. Y'know where I hafta go for a good one? THIS LOCATION. I don't even live in Crossville, but I will always snag a sandwich from this place when I go through, even if I'm not hungry. That's just dinner for later! It's clean, the veggies are crisp, and the bread is fresh. At the Subway near my place it's rare for those three things to be true at once. As if that weren't enough, the staff have always been really chill and helpful. My only issue on atmosphere is with the outside, not inside. The cat pee is rrreally strong on your way in, and that's a turnoff if you don't know how awesome the other side of the door is.”

“The Crossville, TN location is absolutely amazing. We were blessed to have Rachel serve us on Thanksgiving Day. She is an incredible gem in every way. The team of 14 handled the massive crowds and traffic superbly. No waits and never ran out of any food ever. Rachel needs a true reward as does the entire team. It took them all to make this rockstar holiday so memorable. We will always choose them for every holiday and non-holiday.moments!”

“This location has a pretty good staff. The restaurant is usually messy when we go in but they aren't standing around so I'll assume short staff. The food is usually good even when I for dash, Its usually still hot. Sometimes the beef is too thick or the sauce is all on one side of the bread but I think this is expected from any fast food place.”
