“The two McDonald's in Crossville are not on my favorite lists. We only go for breakfast usually. There are toooo many times that you can wait five minutes for someone to help at the counter. Not just to order but to get condiments or a refill. When I want to refill my tea I have to ask and they give me ANOTHER PLASTIC CUP. Why isn't there a refill station like other stores. When we get a big breakfast I ALWAYS have to go back to the counter, wait for someone to notice me to ask for ketchup, butter, jelly, etc. I usually order on the kiosk. Why can't there be a small area for that.“
“We took a bus of 54 students to this location. We ordered our food ahead and they had all 54 happy meals and drinks ready upon arrival. When we arrived their computers were down and the teachers were unable to order. They PATIENTLY wrote down all 8 of our orders and speedily got our food out in less than 10 min. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and food!“
“It is sad that a worldwide chain has such little standards for the franchises and the quality of food and service recieved. We eat at multiple Mcdonalds locations and it is almost expected that the order will be wrong, food will be cold or there will be some other issue. we Have ordered breakfast online on the app and had it refused to be made because theur lines were ling and it was 10:38am when we got to the drivethru window for pickup. (order placed at 10am) and had to wait for 2 days for a refund to go back on our card...and the managnent doesnt have service skills to offer a resolution a coupon or a way to make customers seen or appreciated or valued when there are problems and the 800 # doesnt follow up with you...Today our mcdonalds was out french fries. How is Mcdonalds out of French Fries?? and how do you sell value meals on the apps and delivery services that include fries when you dont have fries there to sell or a replacement item or price adjustment?“
