McDonald's in Chattanooga

“When I tell you this lady who fixed my breakfast in the bag and all she ask if I needed salt, pepper, and jelly! The food was hot and amazing!
I appreciate that because food is expensive and when it is not good it’s frustrating but big shout out to Macdonalds Browns ferry rd you absolutely rock!
I also came through the other day and ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and mayo. It to was very fresh and hot! Came the next day and got it again and thought I most likely wouldn’t get it that fresh again! Wrong! It was absolutely awesome!

“Other than management being disrespectful to the staff an noticable to customers they were still great at their jobs the gorgeous cashier with red hair inside and the pretty tall chocolate girl in drive thru too they kept a smile an didn't deture from the tasks at hand. Management can do better“

“I can say for sure that this is the best McDonald’s in the United States. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is made with care, the fries are always hot and crispy, and the burger is really tasty. It’s our 3 time here, we always come after 9pm. This McDonald’s is Brazilian-level 🇧🇷“

“We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we're very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I've ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we're ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.“

“Could have been a lot better. Has attitude at checkout and meal was messed up, but we ate it anyways, we were already gone in the car when we realized we had somebody else's order. We didn't get as much but we were hungry or we would have went back.“

“I am never ok this side of town, did not realize they were 24 hours ( this was at 12:30am) so I swung by and grabbed a quick burger. My fries were so fresh and yummy and my burger was great! Better quality than I ever get during peak business hours. Thank you!“

“This rating is based on my repeated late night visits when everything else is closed. You guys deal with all kinds of craziness that I’ve witnessed with my own eyes and still consistently put out good food. If something is messed up with my order management does what they can to address it. Thanks for being open 24 hours.“

“Me and my boyfriend are doing long distance right now. So we decided we wanted to DoorDash some food on our last night together so we could just chill at the hotel. The food arrived, the drink and sauces were missing. And most of the items were not super warm. My boyfriend drove to McDonalds and just asked if there was anything they could do. They were hesitant at first because once the DoorDash driver has it, there’s nothing they can do which is understandable. Even still, the manager on duty on 9/12 around 9-10pm apologized and made it right for us. We didn’t get his name but are very appreciative of him making it right.“
