McDonald's in Chattanooga

“Just stopped in for a quick breakfast. Really impressed with the people at this McDonald’s. Very accommodating and friendly. I’m guessing my helper was probably high school age but very outgoing and very nice. This McDonald’s definitely deserves an attaboy“

“Other than management being disrespectful to the staff an noticable to customers they were still great at their jobs the gorgeous cashier with red hair inside and the pretty tall chocolate girl in drive thru too they kept a smile an didn't deture from the tasks at hand. Management can do better“

“I can say for sure that this is the best McDonald’s in the United States. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is made with care, the fries are always hot and crispy, and the burger is really tasty. It’s our 3 time here, we always come after 9pm. This McDonald’s is Brazilian-level 🇧🇷“

“We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we're very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I've ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we're ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.“

“Could have been a lot better. Has attitude at checkout and meal was messed up, but we ate it anyways, we were already gone in the car when we realized we had somebody else's order. We didn't get as much but we were hungry or we would have went back.“

“I am never ok this side of town, did not realize they were 24 hours ( this was at 12:30am) so I swung by and grabbed a quick burger. My fries were so fresh and yummy and my burger was great! Better quality than I ever get during peak business hours. Thank you!“

“I mean it's McDonald's if you are coming here to be impressed you have the wrong mindset. The order was timely correct and everything you would expect from McDonald's. Did I feel sick and hungry again after a hour yes but let's be real you know what your getting here so five stars!“

“This location is pretty Hit or Miss but I do give it five stars because I've been happy in general. There are times where there are super slow because of the area. I don't blame the employees, that's more of a hiring and staffing problem from management and owners. The employees have generally been nice and seem to be doing all they can do to take care of their customers. I have had a few missed orders a few times where things were messed up or not correct or missing. They were quick to fix these issues if I went back. Cannot complain about that!“
