“Morning Shift lady is so sweet and she is consistent in personality and care. Im very stressed as I care for my Mom but when she wants McDonald's Big Breakfast this lady is my first thought. Ms. Sherri!!
She wears glasses and her little hand is out the window so we dont roll past window I LOVE HER!!!

“I can say for sure that this is the best McDonald’s in the United States. The service is excellent, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is made with care, the fries are always hot and crispy, and the burger is really tasty. It’s our 3 time here, we always come after 9pm. This McDonald’s is Brazilian-level 🇧🇷“
“We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we're very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I've ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we're ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.“
“Could have been a lot better. Has attitude at checkout and meal was messed up, but we ate it anyways, we were already gone in the car when we realized we had somebody else's order. We didn't get as much but we were hungry or we would have went back.“
“Zeriah was a nice young lady with a cast on her right foot she was very eager to assist everyone in the the store as I had observed from a distance, she was very polite and genuine at this particular visit their was a serene experience so I was happy“
“I mean it's McDonald's if you are coming here to be impressed you have the wrong mindset. The order was timely correct and everything you would expect from McDonald's. Did I feel sick and hungry again after a hour yes but let's be real you know what your getting here so five stars!“
“This location is pretty Hit or Miss but I do give it five stars because I've been happy in general. There are times where there are super slow because of the area. I don't blame the employees, that's more of a hiring and staffing problem from management and owners. The employees have generally been nice and seem to be doing all they can do to take care of their customers. I have had a few missed orders a few times where things were messed up or not correct or missing. They were quick to fix these issues if I went back. Cannot complain about that!“
“This McDonald's provided accurate (Food) as ordered. Excellent service from the young man running the front counter. Very helpful, respectful and great attitude!
This McDonald's done an excellent job of providing Great (Down Home) service, And have really met the mark!
Highly recommend if your every on (I-24) coming through a little small town called (lookout valley) aka Tiftonia stop on in and see how truly professional and accurate service this McDonald's provides for thier customers.“
