McDonald's in Dalton

“This is my second review of this McDonald's I pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately I was told they were open even though the scientist 24 hours and the website says 24 hours and on the front door it says 24 hours as soon as I said I had a doordash order they told me to pull to the second window and made the order. Why does the signs and the websites all say the store is 24 hours the rest of them are open but this one is never open at certain times like at 4:00 a.m. I just would like for maybe the management of someone to say this review and take care of the problem.“

“I don't know why but every time (and this has happened twice) we get icecream here, you get more cone less icecream. Everywhere else you get a full cone. That's my only complaint about this McDonald's. As a whole they truly are the best for getting your order right and food being fresh and hot.“

“About the only McDonald's in the area that pays attention to the customers and the front. Also cleaner than any other.
All other stores seem to always mess up the order, either by getting it wrong, undercooked, greasy or any combination of the above.“

“This Mc is awesome! I frequently dine in here. I can tell the manager Miss Lumpkin and her team always deliver excellence! Timely fresh burgers with a smile also the place is always clean and full of light and nice music. Definitely my favorite place to eat and chill after a long day of work since I move to Dalton, GA. Please offer a raise, give some additional time off and more benefits to Miss Jazzmyn because her team is doing a terrific job! The other fast food places should learn from this. Well done Mc Donald's! I'm loving it! Will come here frequently. Happy happy and satisfied!!!😊😊😊😊“

“I have been a customer here a little over a year and I would recommend this McDonald’s to all William the General Manager is one of the best. It’s not many restaurants that still care about great quality fast service all while making the customer feel like family.“
