The sweet potato was delicious and cooked through without being burnt on the outside. My salad was crisp and very fresh. Our server was brand new and she did an excellent job serving our table. Just a reminder to be patient and offer helpful hints when they are new and they will grow up to be great!”

I get my pork sandwich with coleslaw added and it’s always so yummy and full of flavor. The wings are big and juicy. I get the buffalo lemon pepper flavor 😋 If you’re looking for a healthier option, the salads are pretty good and filling. The food is delicious and the customer service is what makes this place even better.”

“I came in late from Tennessee and was looking for something good that was local. I found this restaurant that just do happened to be across from my hotel. When I say the food is excellent, it is. The owner cooks the food himself. The good was so good I came back and got two of the same orders before hitting the road. Also you can't beat the price. Anytime I am close I will be stopping by and getting some food.
PS: I have rated the atmosphere with four stars due to the presence of a smoke odor, and I personally do not smoke.”

Best Waffle House ever! Friendly, fast-paced, upbeat, excellent food. The grits were amazing. Our waitress really knew her stuff. The whole crew seemed to work as a team to get orders out. And they were singing with the music as they did! It was amazing to watch them work and see customers dance in their seats while eating too! “We love this place. I could eat their eggplant parmesan every night if the closest one to me wasn't 40 minutes away. But even then it's worth the drive. And my teenage son says their pizza is the best he has ever eaten so I tried it a few weeks ago and he is right. I only gave it 4 in atmosphere because on occasion teams will come in after a game and it is very noisy. But that is very rare when I have been there. And even then that's not a problem for most people. I only noticed because my son is high functioning autistic so loud places do get to him. We have been there many times and only once did it get too loud for him. I am committing on the one in Dalton. I do not like the one in Calhoun very much. The food is ok there but I don't like going to that one.”

Tonight, August 17, 2023, my husband and I went there to eat. Not sure what our servers name was but he was the tall guy with a beard. It took me telling him 3 times what I wanted to drink, Dr. Pepper, before he got it right on the order. Then when we finally got our drinks he couldn't remember if I had Dr. Pepper or Coke and couldn't remember what he had put in the glass. We didn't get our chips & salsa and drinks until we got our meals. I was pleased with the food itself but the salsa was not as good as it normally is. We will go back, however, if the service isn't any better then we will take our business elsewhere.”
