“I work in Dalton once a month and always eat here. This restaurant takes Latino food up a notch! Amazing presentations and fllavors that just make you say wow with every bite. Best Ceviche I have ever had and I have had Ceviche all over Florida! The ambiance and decor are fantastic! Service is awesome! The female bartender, Mary Lou, has a fantastic personality and beautiful smile. Two male servers, one with a great head of hair and the other with huge muscles lol, are also fun to dine with. I eat out way too much, and believe Me, this will be your new favorite dining experience!!!“

“The food at El Sueno is great and I recommend the restaurant for that alone. When we first started going there the service was excellent and that along with the great food made going there an enjoyable experience. Now, the service pretty much sucks. Tonight, August 17, 2023, my husband and I went there to eat. Not sure what our servers name was but he was the tall guy with a beard. It took me telling him 3 times what I wanted to drink, Dr. Pepper, before he got it right on the order. Then when we finally got our drinks he couldn't remember if I had Dr. Pepper or Coke and couldn't remember what he had put in the glass. We didn't get our chips & salsa and drinks until we got our meals. I was pleased with the food itself but the salsa was not as good as it normally is. We will go back, however, if the service isn't any better then we will take our business elsewhere.“
