This is our favorite restaurant!!! They don't cook in front of you, but we're totally cool with that. Theatrics don't make the food taste any better. The staff are great and super helpful when explaining menu items. The menu has a nice variety of different sushi, sashimi, appetizers, and hot meal items. The rice is ALWAYS, ALWAYS, on par!!!!! I usually really enjoy Kumo but it Friday night was rough. Server was not attentive. We were told the steak was a NY strip it was a sirloin.
