Worst hamburgers and service in the fast food industry. No other chain even comes close. This outfit is following the policies of Sears and Radio Shack and Kmart, which will lead to the same outcome they faced. It is impossible to succeed in business with employees and products such as are offered at this establishment. The stripped-down menu here should be renamed Arby's express. Got given order in bag when I told them eat in. Then they put bagged contents on a tray.
