Ordered buffalo chicken wrap and received chicken beacon sandwich. There was barely anyone in drive through, was asked to wait for the order for 5 mins. It looked like the lady didn't want to work in fast food industry. Was charged almost twice for sandwich. Will never visit this location again. Please verify the order before leaving as I didn't and had to regret my decision.

Worst hamburgers and service in the fast food industry. No other chain even comes close. This outfit is following the policies of Sears and Radio Shack and Kmart, which will lead to the same outcome they faced. It is impossible to succeed in business with employees and products such as are offered at this establishment. They stay in business here because the truck stop gave them a monopoly contract which shields them from competition. But the service and products Arby offers are so consistently out of touch with Best Practices that many professional drivers like myself (I eat in fast food restaurants 3 meals a day, 365 days a year, 46 states so far) will find another truck stop that actually cares about their drivers.
