“This Subway at 3619B Cleveland Hwy. Has improved greatly. The past 2 times I got footlongs, and they were made so neatly and well put together and not half of sandwich ingredients in the wrapper. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was especially fresh and so soft. Even though I placed order online I had to go in to pickup off shelf and employees were friendly and restaurant was spotless. Keep up the great work guys because it is being noticed.“

“The young man taking orders was not friendly at all. He was not getting guests when they walked in. The app wasn't working properly & he would not offer assistance until we asked for the manager(no we didn't complain about him lol). He was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. He didn't ask what chipswe wanted, if we wanted combos or he didn't offer any dessert options“

“I came in this afternoon and there was a lovely young teenage girl who attended me, she gave me my sandwich with the right amount of toppings, fresh and toasty mmmmm 😆 she was very respectful and very sweet, the way she made my sandwich made my day!! 😊 go at it subway!😆“

“I feel bad for the employees that work here, came in to get me a sandwich and there was a guy yelling at one of the employees for not being clocked in when she was in the restaurant. she calmly informed the man that she wasn’t allowed to help with sandwiches as she wasn’t clocked in. she stated that she wasn’t allowed to unless it got super busy in which it wasn’t it was on him, one other person and me.
the poor girl was trying to explain to him and he kept pushing and pushing mumbling under his breath and talking bad about her when she walked off. no employee should be treated like this.“
