Our waiter loved his job and it showedThe restaurant is tastefully decorates and has a wonderful outside patio - it was a bit cold at 38°F for dining out there, but it would be great during better weather.Five of us ate. My companions all had delicious meals. The avocado fries appetizer and the bread were excellent.The not so good: the lettuce on my burger was not fresh. The burger was sp overcooked my wife noticed (ordered medium). But a friend's cobb salad was great, my wife had a salad with shrimp that was great. The chicken melt was excellent.I'll be back, but maybe not for a burger.“

My family and I have tried a few different burgers and sandwiches and all of us have loved every bite.The service is always wonderful and kind. They’re always really helpful when I can’t make up my mind. And even if they’re really busy, they still are patient and nice to you. “I moved here as a travel nurse, and I didn’t know anyone in Dalton. DBC was one of the first places I stumbled upon. They immediately made me feel right at home and quickly became my friends. They are dog friendly (you’ll always find a pup or 3 in the brewery) and they truly have the best patrons as well as so many awesome regulars. Everyone is friendly and warm, and you’ll always find good conversation. The beers are also so delicious and brewed on site. No such thing as a bad beer here, and they have a beer for everyone. They even make seltzer slushies in the summer which are so good! They don’t serve food, but there are so many restaurants in the area that you can order take out and eat in the taproom. Some even deliver! Trivia on Wednesdays is a must! It doesn’t matter if you’re good, the patrons are so kind, you can join just about any team and have fun and feel welcomed and right at home. This was hands down my favorite place in all of Dalton. Andy, Hal, Joe, Emily, & Elizabeth are just a few of the amazing people who make this place so special.“
“Husband and I made the 45 minute drive down from Tennessee. We are big into distilleries and having completed the TN Whiskey Trail started looking for other nearby distilleries to try out. Found this one and decided to visit on a whim one Saturday and boy am I glad we did. Let us sample lots of different items, took time to explain their offerings. And honestly this was some of the best liquor I've tasted, especially coming from a "smaller batch" place. Walked away with a bottle of the TazaRay which I really liked and is truly a unique product. Definitely make sure to stop by if you are in the area!“
“Omg this was our first time here and definitely will not be the last. The food is fabulous and so delicious. The portion size was so unexpected and large, plenty of food. I recommend if you want fantastic seafood, service and atmosphere go here. They do have plenty of other options besides seafood.. The owner made it a point to come to our table to welcome us and thank us for coming in. Its a gem in Dalton for sure, don't over look this one.“

“I brought my sons out on a Thursday night. We had never tried Mediterranean food before and asked the server for suggestions. She was amazing and provided amazing service!!!! I wish I knew her name but she made sure that we had an amazing experience and even brought us out complimentary dishes for us to try. The food was awesome!!!!
