“We love this restuarant and it’s our go-to place for every milestone moments but this review is about a bad experience we had today with our lunch order. We ordered a take out for my husband’s birthday and when we came back home we found one entree is missing. On calling back the restaurant , we explained in details what’s missing and requested them to keep the item ready as we wanted to eat together as a family before everything becomes cold. However when my husband reached the restaurant he was told that they didn’t believe us and then the server went to talk to the chef. After that she was convinced that the issue was on their side and took another 20 mins to give the food. This is outrageous and honestly feels borderline racist. She could’ve checked with the chef before we went back. We love this restaurant but this has left a very bad impression on us“

I had an amazing prime rib sandwich, but what I really loved was the great selection of wines by the glass.“

“We absolutely recommend THIS BRUSTERS’S in East Brainerd. The staff is Fantastic!! They didn’t have my most on Wednesday. This precious lady said, don’t worry Honey, I will fix you up. They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.“

“Best Pho since leaving Dallas, TX!! Glad we found Super Pho and Grill. Only negative is it is very warm inside (no a/c) which is not pleasant when eating hot soup. But the pho is full of vegetables and very filling. Have been twice and will go again.“

“From the time I walked in the door it was an amazing atmosphere! Very elegant and peaceful inside. The host, waiter, and I believe it was a male manager walking the floor but they were all friendly and polite! The cook was amazingggg!!!! I got the trio special- soup, entree, and a dessert. Let me tell y'all whoever made my meal made it to PERFECTION! This was my first time but definitely not my last time eating here. Oh, my drinks were also good! I had the strawberry lemon drop and it was perfect! 1000000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you to all the staff that made my birthday special! They also provided me some candles for my birthday cake! It's safe to say I love it there!“

“We sat on their balcony not realizing the airport noises.
We had a canzone and the grouper Florentino. Both were sizable portions, cooked well and delicious.

“We love this place! It is a hidden gem! The food is great and deserts awsome. We go by boat once a week by boat. Going tomorrow for breakfast for the first time. Will miss the deserts.“
“My wife and I were staying one night in Chattanooga and hoped to eat at Neutral Ground. When we reached out to Chef Ashford, he offered to cook for us in our AirBnb as the restaurant was not ready yet. What a wonderful dinner. We had an excellent chef’s table meal in our own “home”! Chef Ashford was very personable and we enjoyed sharing our stories. And despite the small size of the kitchen, he made it happen. Thanks again Chef Ashford! See you next time!“

“Food is so good here been going for nearly 5 years now. Most consistently good Chinese I’ve ever had. These guys are good and they’re fast too. Reasonable price also.

“Taylor was great! Super nice personality. I hate to mention anything bad, but I must have to because due to people with allergies and just cleaning this is next to godliness. It was another server. I kept playing with the dog and immediately kept going to help people with their food in their drinks and I never seen her sanitize or wash her hands not to count, hugging all on the dog getting a smell and older. When your clothes can you just keep in mind some people have real bad allergies and that’s not very sanitary other than that the visit was great.“
