We ate at OBC in Nashville their sister restaurant and suggested Malones and gave us a $25 off card. Could only eat half the salad and bread but they made a new one of each to take home. “We love this restuarant and it’s our go-to place for every milestone moments but this review is about a bad experience we had today with our lunch order. We ordered a take out for my husband’s birthday and when we came back home we found one entree is missing. On calling back the restaurant , we explained in details what’s missing and requested them to keep the item ready as we wanted to eat together as a family before everything becomes cold. However when my husband reached the restaurant he was told that they didn’t believe us and then the server went to talk to the chef. After that she was convinced that the issue was on their side and took another 20 mins to give the food. This is outrageous and honestly feels borderline racist. She could’ve checked with the chef before we went back. We love this restaurant but this has left a very bad impression on us“

“This is my first time visiting this establishment, all I can say is five out of five stars, great service, fast, efficient, and on top of their customer services is top-notch. I’m absolutely a huge fan of cold brew, and they have some of the most tasty cold brew in the town. I also decided to get their protein latte cause that looked appealing to me as a fitness enthusiast. I will definitely be coming back to this place to get my coffee needs watch out Starbucks! “Stopped for lunch. Our waiter was Curtis. He was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He’s an asset to your location. Food was good but not excellent. Both of us got tacos - grilled fish, and steak. The steak tacos were full of flavor but way over-garnished to the point that that sauce was overpowering. They were drenched - ended up eating them with a fork and removing lots of the sauce, etc. Fries and tots were good.“

“Best Pho since leaving Dallas, TX!! Glad we found Super Pho and Grill. Only negative is it is very warm inside (no a/c) which is not pleasant when eating hot soup. But the pho is full of vegetables and very filling. Have been twice and will go again.“

“We ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on ambiance. However, the food was excellent and the portions generous. I had the eggplant parmigiana. There were layers of thinly sliced eggplant lightly breaded and so tender. Some of the best I’ve had. Husband had the gyro which was seasoned really well. Would definitely recommend.“

“Great experience overall. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Food was great. (Would've simply preferred the bagel a bit more toasted). I had the everything bagel with turkey, spinach, pesto, and tomatoes (yes i took a bite before taking the picture) with their spring coffee option of lavender and coconut latte. Wife had the tofu bowl that was amazing with a turmeric and ginger latte. As a person who doesnt prefer tofu, it was very good. The avocado and peppers added the flavor tofu sometimes might lack. Overall great experience.“

“Taylor was great! Super nice personality. I hate to mention anything bad, but I must have to because due to people with allergies and just cleaning this is next to godliness. It was another server. I kept playing with the dog and immediately kept going to help people with their food in their drinks and I never seen her sanitize or wash her hands not to count, hugging all on the dog getting a smell and older. When your clothes can you just keep in mind some people have real bad allergies and that’s not very sanitary other than that the visit was great.“
