Baked good are fantastic
The staff is always warm and friendly. Great assortment of desserts and some authentic Mexican groceries. Usually have tamales at the counter for good pricing as well. The tres leches cake is incredibly good and a staple for birthdays in our home.
I live over an hour away, whenever I make a trip to Dalton I always stop by! The bakery is amazing! Definitely the cookies and empanadas. The prices are also really great! I also love their hot foods, the carnitas and Barbacoa are my husband and I’s favorite! We always look forward to coming here whenever we are in the area. 💕

La Esperanza Bakery is so much more than a bakery. It offers fresh meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, and a new butcher block in the back with cooked meats, whole chicken, chicken wings, and chicarrons. The bakery has many delicious items, including homemade pastry cakes and bread Hispanic style. Customers love the Tres Leche cake with light and fluffy frosting, churros, doughnuts, cream horns, and conchas. The guacachille is a little spicy but amazing. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and great at answering questions. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is great, and the store is very clean. It offers fresh items not normally found in grocery stores for a great price.
