Ordered 2 3 Nibblerz meals and no nibblerz had sauce!!! We upsized and one of the upsized meals was normal size. The food and preparation was awful. Chicken was almost cold when we got it. Very disappointed.

Zaxby's is a favorite for my teenage son and I. The Zalads (salads), fingers, and crinkle fries with Zaxby's sauce always hit the spot. The sweet tea is some of the best around, and the crushed ice is an added bonus.

My husband ordered wings was the worst they tasted like rubber and been setting out for a week 15$ down the drain will never eat their again they food is not fresh if I had the potion to put no stars I would I recommend no one eating their at the Crossville tn Zaxby’s

My family looks for good food places, but my son is most happy with the kids' grilled cheese meal here. Also, I'm a fan of the fried pickles. Sadly, this food is all fried in soybean oil blend and is not organic or non gmo, but it's more edible than most places. The service is faster and more pleasant here than most fast food restaurants. Decor is pleasing, and the restaurant is fairly clean. The pricing is a little steep compared to other places. Orderd 10 traditional wings of "Buffalo garlic blaze" thay have no Blaze to it, and 10 traditional wings in their "nuclear sauce". There is no "nuclear" it's not even warm other than oven Heat. Meat was tender & fresh, but not even remotely spicy hot. None. And you would expect "nuclear" to be really hot, it's not at all even warm.

We've eaten at several Zaxby's over the last few years and they've gotten pretty pitiful with their serving size. We ordered the last few times and made it all the way through the ordering process and then were told they were out of Zaxby's sauce. Seems like that would be something you would let people know right upfront.

I'd driven by this place numerous times and wanted to try it. Now that i have, I'll not be stopping by ever again. Even the iced tea was terrible! I ordered their version of chicken fingers with Zax sauce, fries, coleslaw, and a funnel cake for dessert. The chicken was tasteless and rubbery, the sauce did not improve it; the fries weren't any better than the frozen variety one would find in the Walmart freezer section. The coleslaw was as plain as any I've ever had (I tossed it out, wasn't even worth finishing), but the worst item in this order was the funnel cake! I'd not had funnel cake in a while but I'm certain that God never intended funnel cake to be crusty dough fried hard on the outside with sopping wet batter on the inside. This entire meal wasn't fit for a pig; do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
