“The foods always great. Typically everything is great. This time the person taking the order would cut me off after every item I ordered to ask me "if that's all". It was annoying considering I was ordering for 4 people. I didn't order everything I was there for because I had to stop her and ask her to repeat back what she had because I had lost where I was on my paper because of it. I finally just said yes and paid for that and went to Wendy's and bought mine and my wife's food. We love Arbys but maybe train the person taking orders to slow down and allow the customer to let you know when they have completed their order.“

“This place just recently came under new management and I have to say this woman really seems like she is doing all she can to turn it around. I came in and the food looked full and fresh, the bread was soft and delicious and she had a great attitude and personality to match. If you had a poor experience here before, give it another shot. Especially during the days since that's when I happen to see the new manager the most. Highly recommend.“
