“After ordering on the "NEW" app and specifically selecting "Drive Thru" and waiting for 30 minutes to get to the order kiosk, I was told I had to go inside. After explaining I had 3 small children with me and ordered on the app to avoid just that, I was told there was no other option. I sent a bad review in and was contacted by the GM the next day. He said next meal was on him and gave me his cell number. Only to be ghosted by him 2 weeks later. I left a message due to him not answering, no return phone call or anything but crickets from him. Go to KFC, they still value their customers.I was contacted by Management again. They have made good on the whole ordeal. Plus, Zaxby's chicken really is better than KFC's anyways!“

“The food is fine; you get a lot of chicken in the chicken sandwich, and the fries and cole slaw are quite good, as is the pot pie. Best of all has been really excellent service, especially from Megen, who has a cheerful spirit and a ready smile for everyone.“
