“I walked in and was greeted by a young lady by the name of Caitlin. She was friendly and acted like she cared about me as a customer. She smiled and spoke with confidence and was very helpful. I asked her about the new Philly sandwich and she explained them to me and said she liked the grilled chicken Philly. I ordered what she suggested and I have to say it was the best sandwich I have had in years. Thank you Caitlin for your help and for treating me like I was a guest and making me feel like you cared. It’s so nice to see this these days. Keep up the good work young lady. You are going somewhere in life.“

I spent $39+ and got to Pikeville and only had half of my order after waiting for 20 minutes. Let's not forget when I placed my order the person took about 5 minutes to check and see if they had any chicken available. It's a chicken restaurant. How do you not have chicken? My next visit will be to talk with a manager and a refund that I deserve.“
