“I only have one con the rest are Pros. The Con's,was my French fries were probably cooked twice super hard,couldnt eat em. Now for the Pro's, EXCELLENT customer service. I went thru drive thru 11/26/24 at round 2 or 3pm. 2 gentlemen waited on me. Great service. Thank you. Please award those 2 men. My sandwich was Hot Ham &Cheese was Hot,delicious...thank you to who made it. And of course I had coke. Rating would have been All Stars except for the french fries. All in all high ratings.“

At the next window, I was greeted pleasantly and given food promptly.

Double cheese burger is what I received. I ordered a daily double meal. It was warm and had no flavor.
Chicken nuggets were barely warm.
Fries were fresh and half cut tea was perfect.“

“Visited this subway it was absolutely the best I have been to in forever the service was great everyone was greeted by the guy making the sandwiches he was absolutely wonderful if every business had someone as nice and ready to make your sandwich perfect he would be the one I’m not sure what his position is but he definitely would be an amazing training manager that floats to other locations his name is Devon and he definitely is a great example of what employees should be .“

“this place is basically a lil shack with 3 older ladies working it. we ordered burgers and hot dogs. the burger was very good it is a hand made patty very juicy. they keep kind of odd hours 1030 to 545 during the week and 1030 til 245 on Saturday. I will definitely go back if nothing else to talk to those 3 ladies and have a great burger.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “I stopped by this cute local fast food shop during the road trip. As it was a Sunday afternoon, it was full of local people. The fish and corn tasted pretty good. The deep fried clam was a bit blend. Recommend you to check it out if you have tried it before. It's full of local vibe.“

“Got this trying on the way home from Florida since we wanted something besides fast food chains.Riley the cashier was so knowledgeable,polite,nice & glad we took his suggestions!!You cant beat the prices 7.99 for a double cheeseburger, 2 sides & a drink. I got cajon fries & cheese bites. The burger was so good, fries & bites awesome! They also have 40 flavors of milkshakes which I didnt get because I was stuffed. We will be hitting this place up every year. I suggest to anyone to give it a try so yummy!“

As I dined in for dinner I sat and just watched her interact with her co workers every single time she asked a co worker do something she always said please and thank you no matter how small the task was! Then in heard her ask a co worker to stop doing a task and when he walked her way she said thank you are appreciated!!! I work in the retail world and it just refreshing to head a person in charge thank the ones she was working with! I have always said please and thank you go along way! “Additional update - The day after receiving a phone call from the restaurant, we stopped in for lunch. Amanda took excellent care of us. The replacement salads and egg rolls were the best we have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Amanda. We will be back.
Update - I received a phone call from the Athens restaurant. They are giving us 2 salads and an egg roll order to replace the previous order. Excellent customer service. Rating changed to 5 stars. Thank you, Zaxby's. ******************
We ordered two Asian Sensation salads with additional egg rolls last night. It was a to-go order and it was ready when we arrived. Once home - 20 min away - we discovered that the 4 salad dressing packets and 1 dipping sauce were missing from the bag. We also had trouble biting into the egg rolls. They were very tough and obviously over cooked (nearly burned). We did not wish to drive back into town and made do with dressings and sauce we had on hand. This is very unusual for this store. I am usually very pleased with what we order from them. From now on, I will tear the bag open and check everything before leaving the store.“
