Additional update - The day after receiving a phone call from the restaurant, we stopped in for lunch. Amanda took excellent care of us. The replacement salads and egg rolls were the best we have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Amanda. We will be back.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings provides satisfactory service. The restaurant serves good food, including the new shrimp, Wings and Things Nuclear traditional, and salads. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, with some noting that the employees are nice, courteous, and fast. However, some issues with orders have occurred, such as receiving incorrect portion sizes and not getting extra sauce as requested. Despite this, the restaurant is a popular choice, with some considering it the best Zaxby's around. The staff is also accommodating to special requests, such as preparing food without certain ingredients due to allergies.
