“We used to go here before they moved n we loved it. We were disappointed that the internet said they are open til 11pm but they didn’t share that they stop serving food at 9 pm. The food got quite expensive since they moved. We went here about a month ago and had the steak tips that we split and got the macaroni and cheese n some sort of root sticks that were like potatoes n were very good. They were out of the plantain which was disappointing at the time. We got a side of beans n rice which was good but these are all very very small portions now and we think it’s pricy though the food is good, we shouldn’t have to split a meal to afford it. So glad that we got to enjoy some singing while we were there also. That was fun. We don’t drink alcohol so we don’t know about any of that. We do recommend this place if you can afford it cuz all of the food we ordered was good.”

“Absolutely the best quality restaurant i've EVER been to. My girl and i decided to have our 2nd date somewhere new for a nice sitdown dinner tonight and omg. The staff there are amazing and VERY kind. Their cheese sticks and burgers are on a whole other level. We ordered a 2nd serving of their cheese sticks they were so good. We even got to meet the cheff and she was so sweet. We learned that everything including the cheese sticks and sauce are homemade with a custom recipe and they blow ALL other restaurants out of the water literally. This place serves ALL ganras of food. From burgers to fish to steak to sushi and more. I VERY HIGHLY recomend this place to all couples and families. Night time seems to be the more peaceful adult time because there were very few people there. But it was VERY relaxing atmosphere for a date night with your significant other. Be prepared though because this place will have you asking for seconds. My girl and i will DEFINATELY be coming back here. 500/10 score.”

“Visiting Mayfield Dairy Farms wasn’t even in our original travel plans, but while driving back from Pigeon Forge, we randomly spotted a sign for the farm and decided to check it out on a whim. We are so glad we did because they were incredible!
They offer a fantastic 45-minute tour where you get to learn all about the farm's history and how it has evolved over the years. Of course, the absolute highlight was the ice cream—it was so fresh and unbelievably tasty.
My boys, ages 5 and 7, had an absolute blast visiting and exploring everything. It turned out to be one of the best spontaneous stops of our trip!”

“We love this coffee shop, but recently they have changed their espresso beans and unfortunately they taste burnt with no complexity. Worse than Starbucks Burt. Wondering if there’s any chance they might go back to the old beans or offer a back up option? I understand they wanted to work with a local roaster, but perhaps they could consider the taste … 😕over local. 13-15 of our friends and family feel the same way so I don’t think it’s just me 💜”

“Just tried my first two blenders from Dutch bros in Athens this week. I got a large the first time not knowing how big it was. I was so surprised. It was huge compared to other large coffees I’ve had from other businesses. The price was good too. It took them Less than two minutes both days to make my drinks. AND they were delicious. 🥰”

“First time trying McAlister’s today and it was wonderful! I walked in and was surprised by the comfy, dine in restaurant vibe. The atmosphere was northeastern, and very chill. The team welcomed me in and were quick to take my order. It was very clean and welcoming. I have been craving a Reuben for sometime, which isn’t a popular menu choice around East Tennessee. The team members were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful! When I finally got home to eat my Reuben.. y’all…, it weighed as much as a small dog. The sauerkraut was sautéed perfectly, the corned beef was stacked high and very high quality! There’s an old saying that “you get what you pay for”, and today I got every cent of value. I will be back to try more sandwiches! Well done, McAlister’s Athens team and management!”
