“Great service! Fresh, hot food served quickly in a clean environment! Went to this location twice in a week due to working in the area. My second visit, the lady that took my order welcomed me with an huge smile and immediately said “welcome back, how are you!” This is my new Athens lunch spot! (If any employees actually read these- thank you. Thank you for caring about what you serve and how you treat people, you’re doing a great job)“

“We enjoy an occasional meal at B.K. as their food is good. Sometimes we get breakfast, LOVE their breakfast potatoes, and the ham, egg, & cheese croissanwiches are also yummy. Our favorite meal is the big king. Unfortunately, it is no longer offered, but they do still have the sauce, so we can make a "fake" big king, which is pretty good. Everyone who works here is friendly, and the service is quick.“

“BJ’s is a very busy small restaurant that has the best hamburgers and hot dogs. It’s difficult to get hold of them on the phone for call ahead orders. It can be pretty crowded in the restaurant and not really a comfortable place to wait on to go orders. Still, the food is worth it.“

“This place is pretty well run; sandwich was made perfect, the cashier was wiping the tables (kind of rare in fast food places nowadays). The only knock is that I had to wade thru cigarette smoke walking in and out the door because of employees sitting right beside the exit smoking ?.“

“Well lets get the good out of the way, the food was very good for all five of us, when we finally got seated. The bad, the add on my phone all you can eat 15.99 was apparently a lie, even though it comes up of you google it. Terrible marketing, would have gone to Firebirds if I knew were were spending 150 bucks. The hostess was non existent for the first twenty minutes we stood there. Then we took the booth for our party and got a server who was nice and warned us she had just gotten a large birthday party, and to let us know if we were needing anything. 20 minutes to get the first round after we ordered. sigh....Another server who had just gotten there tried and eventually took over our table, this one was on point. The food another twenty minutes, if you're adding this up were a hour in and they were clearly understaffed for a Saturday night. Got our food thanks to our new server who was not dedicated to the birthday party, so we managed to get another round of drinks in a timely fashion. The server tried to get us a free something or discount due to the situation that had unfolded (which was not necessary but grateful she tried.) However, the manager would do nothing, so her is my take away. Thank you paid staff for busting your butts for everybody regardless of your leadership, you did well. Kitchen kudos on the meals, presentation and taste. Manager, if you worked in my restaurant, you would now be searching for a job. Corporate you need to put into practice customer first. I will continue to enjoy the menu only at a different location. Oak Ridge it is next time.“
