“Stopped in today for sliders and fries and was genuinely impressed — easily my new favorite spot in Roane county. The atmosphere is warm, the food is spot‑on, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can tell this place is run with real pride. I had a brief conversation with the owner, and her passion for both the restaurant and her team was obvious. With my background in fast‑paced hospitality, I immediately noticed how well this place operates. Handee Burgers is doing something special. I’ve heard others say it’s the best breakfast here so I’ll definitely be back soon to try it!“

“I give 5 stars for their former employee, Lexi! She has been amazing with her service in the carhop 10 years ago. Once she even took the time to listen to my life story, which was about my hamster who sadly passed away the Sunday before I went there. She even gave me a loving hug afterwards, and telling me that it will be okay. I proceeded to buy a goldfish, because that is what Ted Lasso taught me. To be a goldfish. I finally gave her a 100% tip, because that is what her wisdom is worth. Bless you Lexi, wherever you are!“

“I came by this location tonight and right off the rip some crazy lady starts losing her mind over something the store ran out of...They were closing very soon! so that's understandable. People can be so rude! I wanted to take the time to say this location has some awesome employees! Every time I come here everyone is so nice! and Will is so funny! He provides the best customer service! This location will always be my go to!!!“

“Regular cheeseburger with everything- taste was outstanding. Fries were on point, Large sweet tea was fantastic.
The only reason you got four stars is because the burger was a little too raw for me. Don't get me wrong, I ate it, but I would suggest fully cooking the burger before serving. Some folks might not be so forgiving.“

“Hesitant to write a review. First impression was that the place was well appearing and clean. Ordered at the kiosk. Took a while to get our order and we had to request what was missing, promptly and with courtesy remedied. We did what however during this time 5 other groups of customers entered and have orders mixed up, again remedied quickly. It seems that there was just a little hiccup with n the workflow for a bit, they were waiting on a late delivery that arrived just in time and no doubt that was stressful knowing some orders could not have been filled without delivery.
Positive ending note which had us leave with a smile. A young employee was on her break while we were there. She went back to work while we were eating but just before we left she brought us a little drawing she made during her break. That made a difference to customer experience, she wanted to share something she created with strangers and made us smile.“

“I usually don't do reviews unless a place is really good or really bad. I'm very impressed with this place. We've recently eaten here a handful of times and I have to say the food is extraordinary and they have great customer service. You can go spend $12 on the same old slapped together garbage at McDonalds and Wendy's or you can spend $12 on a premium meal at Burger Station.“

“I have been several times. The staff is great! The portions are generous but if you like seasoning forget it. I have tried the entrees. I have not liked any of them. The roast is sliced deli meat ,I was looking forward to a roast out of the oven or crockpot. The chicken says southern fried., so I thought I'd get a thigh or leg. Got a flat chicken patty. On the good side ..the fries, okra and onion rings are great. They have good hoagies too. The hamburgers are fantastic...however there was a new cook today, so not as good as usual. I will be back but stick to the sandwiches, chicken and dumplings or the catfish ( they were all fantastic)!“

“There's a new quality manager at least in the morning. The staff is providing what is expected from a solid Hardee's. Breakfast is back including crispy bacon in the Breakfast platter.“

“Wheelchair accessibility: The wheel chair access is rite in front of the door. If u like glazed donut holes then u absolutely must try they're donut holes they put the glaze on them they're selfs. I addicted to them things.. SO GOOD!! when i ordered mine they was still hot!!“

“We stopped here as travelers and on this day 9/14/24 at 11:51 we placed an order for Big Mac meal and fish sandwich meal and our Big Mac was the best looking and tasting we have ever had. It was perfectly made and looked just like the commercial and pictures. It was not sloppy and had the perfect amount of each ingredient to not take away from the other ingredients. Anyone that eats Big Mac’s knows this is unheard of, we will forever stop at this one as long as we’re passing through.“
