Stopped by the drive thru for one in the car to try the new double Big Mac. It was a late lunch, around 3 pm. We decided at the window to add 4 apple pies on sale 2 for $2. The price rang up wrong, but the nice young lady quickly corrected it and apologized. After getting our order, we were pleasantly surprised!! Everyone got Big Macs. Got my order wrong, but I didn't realize it until I drove down the road a bit. This is not normal though. I just think they're struggling right now finding the right help.?♂️Diane, the District Manager is the most AWSOME person! I called about a problem with this location, and we talked nearly 2 hours! Tea was out in the dining room so I went to the counter to ask someone to fill my cup. 3 workers less than 6 feet away were playing touchy and laughing so joyfully until a manager came from the back and ask me if I needed help, which she kindly assisted me with my drink and then professionally scolded the youngsters for not asking me if I needed anything.
