The issues are numerous. I called because I was unable to make a payment. They attempted to make the payment over the phone. They said they were unable to make it either. I would need to try at a later time. They could not receive payments.
The next attempt, I called saying I could not log in again. They said I could only make payment on a computer, not a phone.
WBU is poised for big business if we ever go back to paying with a check or cash in office.

Theres something wrong when they wont turn on your water after nit having service for 24 hrs.,, August heat, 6 dogs, They are less than 5 min. Away. I have to go another full night...no water
