Every time we come here it takes 5 years to try to get a sandwich. It's not the workers' faults, they are just trying to get everyone's orders completed. Today we went on a Saturday at 12:30pm (prime lunch time). There was one girl working and bless her heart she had a huge online order to finish before she could get to the lady in front of us. I'm not sure how long the lady in front of us was there but she ended up walking out. After waiting another 5 minutes, we walked out too....read full review
It has been a long time since this Subway has impressed me. Big shout out THANK YOU to Amanda and Dennis who made our sandwiches with a smile and conversation. The bread was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the dining room was clean, cups and chip racks were full. Great job and wonderful customer service!

The guy that is always working when I stop by the Kingston TN location is the absolute best! My sandwich is perfect every time he makes it. He is truly a sandwich master! He deserves a big fat raise! Keep up the great work dude it is greatly appreciated.
