“My original comment about this BK over one year ago was quite negative to the point of scathing. That point of view has changed completely and I now visit frequently. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. The dining room is kept clean as are the restrooms. Management is competent and welcoming. Kristin (GM) is terrific. Finally, a word about restaurant cleanliness. If the customers are so uncaring and sloppy and leave a mess for someone to clean up, don't blame the restaurant employees. Most do their best. I was brought up to leave the table as I found it. That's just common courtesy. And to the customers who take multiple ketchup, salt, pepper packets and just leave the unused amounts on the table, don't complain about prices. Unused packets have to be discarded by staff. Regardless of packaging, they may not be returned for use by others! As far as overall fast-food burger restaurants in Madisonville are concerned, BK tops them all in my opinion.“

“the food here is good and all but they need to fix the order as you ask and pay for not what they won't you too have I ordered 6 krystals and ask for NO cheese or pickles on them and they brought them over to the table with what I didn't want on them they were nice and replaced them with 6 of what I wanted and left the mess up's on the table with my mom i just say for them too pay attention better and try too get the orders right and not waste food like that because we don't like cheese krystals.“

Everyone was very friendly and overall it was a good atmosphere. The app however, was rather confusing and the order did not go through for the longest time. “We went Saturday 1/16/26 at 530pm and the place was packed! Rene was the only server there! Even though it took a very long time to get our pizza she was friendly and kept our drinks full while we waited and also gave us chips while we waited. I felt so bad for her but she handed it like a champ! Thanks Rene!“

“I came through the drive thru around 3:30 yesterday. The young lady taking my order was so cheerful! When I got to the window to pay she had a beautiful smile and her tone was great. I pull up to the second window and the employee was pleasant as well. Received my food and it was fresh. The fries were amazing (hot and just the right amount of salt) and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. The breading was like it had been fried in an iron skillet.
