My family and I had Biskit NV for the first time today. We all tried something different and all of it was amazing. My 14yo son didn’t take a breath while eating -- he inhaled his food. We’ll be back! Thanks for bringing great food to Athens!

It was very difficult to find as they are having a hard time updating their address on Google & they aren't able to leave any permanent signs on their building. But the food was worth the difficulties.

Biskit NV is delicious food. The biscuits are crisp where should be crisp, soft where should be soft. The sausage gravy is best ever had, the gravy excellent with perfect amount of pepper. The chicken is made the way momma made it with love. The service is great, everyone super friendly. The ladies behind counter are awesome and friendly. The lemonade is amazing. The cheese pull off your fork is great. Go eat this food, support this local gem. Definitely going back next time in town.
