“We went here for a homeschool field trip and had a great experience. The gift shop is nice and has quite a bit of stuff in it. We started about by watching at 12 minute movie about the history of Mayfield. I’ve drank Mayfield on and off most of my life so this was interesting to me. We then all had to put hair nets on to enter the factory. Our tour guide was great about explaining what was going on. You also get to see how they inflate the milk cartons to get them ready for milk. After the factory tour, you are given ice cream of your choice. There are several tables and picnic tables to eat your ice cream outside when you’re finished.“
