Chicken Restaurants in Athens

“Additional update - The day after receiving a phone call from the restaurant, we stopped in for lunch. Amanda took excellent care of us. The replacement salads and egg rolls were the best we have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Amanda. We will be back.
Update - I received a phone call from the Athens restaurant. They are giving us 2 salads and an egg roll order to replace the previous order. Excellent customer service. Rating changed to 5 stars. Thank you, Zaxby's. ******************
We ordered two Asian Sensation salads with additional egg rolls last night. It was a to-go order and it was ready when we arrived. Once home - 20 min away - we discovered that the 4 salad dressing packets and 1 dipping sauce were missing from the bag. We also had trouble biting into the egg rolls. They were very tough and obviously over cooked (nearly burned). We did not wish to drive back into town and made do with dressings and sauce we had on hand. This is very unusual for this store. I am usually very pleased with what we order from them. From now on, I will tear the bag open and check everything before leaving the store.“

“We were doing the tourist thing and decided to stop for some KFC. We ordered inside restaurant. The order was correct and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. We both ordered original recipe and cold slaw. The chicken was hot and flavorful with a crispy exterior. Yum. The big surprise was in the large size of the chicken pieces. The Colonel would be proud.“
