I called up, explained the situation and the manager was very nice and understanding. Today I went to pick up my replacement, the manager... again was very nice and courteous and that was the best salad I've ever eaten. Satisfactory+ service at this location.“

We both ordered original recipe and cold slaw. The chicken was hot and flavorful with a crispy exterior. Yum. The big surprise was in the large size of the chicken pieces. The Colonel would be proud.“
